I was being careless. I reached into my bag to grab my wallet and simultaneously swerved my car into the curb. Stupid, I know. I bent my rim up something fierce and blew my tire out. Which made me make this face:

Crap.Good thing is, this was my tire that was missing a hubcap anyway- so I didn't break one of my good ones.....but, the hubcap may have protected my rim from this:
So now, I'm back home with a mini tire, waiting for the man to call and tell me that they have a used rim I can pick up to take to the repair men, who will fix it and realign the mess I've made. Thank goodness for mechanics! (And AAA!!!!)
